The PS 800 KSM series by EA features a single-phase switched mode DIN rail power supply. It is specifically designed to be mounted on either DIN TS35/7.5 or DIN TS35/15 rails. The power supply is housed in a durable plastic case with an IP20 protection rating. This particular model offers a wide input range, accommodating voltages from 90V to 264Vac or 120V to 370Vdc. This versatility allows for worldwide usage without the need for manual input selection. The power supply unit is equipped with protection against short-circuits, overloads, overtemperature, and overvoltage. The output of the power supply is isolated from the mains supply, ensuring a floating potential. The output voltage can be adjusted within the range of 24 - 28V DC. Moreover, the unit is designed with output current limiting capabilities, allowing for overload protection at 110% to 130% of the rated load, and short-circuit protection at 150% of the rated load.
